Production takes 7–14 business days from photo approval, including engraving, casting, drying, and assembly.

A sharp, well-lit photo with clear faces works best. We're happy to review your photo before production.

Can I add a dedication?

Absolutely. You can add a personal dedication of up to 60 characters, engraved alongside your photo.

What is the product made of?

A real natural leaf, premium epoxy resin, and a cast stone base with warm LED lighting.

Does the crystal include lighting?

Yes, every lamp comes with a light base, including a USB cable and on/off switch.

Is this product a good gift?

How will my order be shipped?

Free courier delivery nationwide, within 3 business days after production is complete.

Can I pick up my order myself?

Yes, self pickup from the studio can be arranged in advance.

Payment is made securely on the website via credit card, Bit, or Apple Pay.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Since each product is personalized, cancellation is possible before production begins. In case of a defect, we offer a full replacement.
