How long does it take to make the lamp?
Production takes 7–14 business days, including engraving, casting, and assembly. Shipping then takes up to 3 more business days.
What are the lamps made of?
We use a real natural leaf, premium epoxy resin, and a cast stone base. All materials are safe and built to last for years.
Can I return a product?
Since each product is personalized, returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect. We're happy to handle every request personally.
How do I send you the photo?
After ordering, you'll receive a link to upload your photo — or you can send it to us via WhatsApp or email.
How do I care for and maintain the lamp?
